These Terms of Use govern your use of www.rslogs.com (the “Site”), operated by S&F Transport LLC d/b/a Rising Star Logistics (“Rising Star Logistics”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• send spam, malware or automated submissions through our forms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt or overload the Site or its servers;
• scrape, copy or republish Site content without our written permission.

Quotes and transportation services

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or obligate either party. Any rate we provide through or in response to the Site is an estimate until confirmed in writing. Transportation services are governed solely by the rate confirmation, bill of lading and any other written agreement for the specific shipment, and by applicable law, including carrier liability rules under 49 U.S.C. § 14706 where they apply. If those documents conflict with these Terms, those documents control.

Your submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. You confirm you are authorized to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and images, are owned by or licensed to S&F Transport LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Our name and logo are our trademarks. You may view and print pages for your own business use; any other use requires our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S&F Transport LLC and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability for transportation services, which is governed by the shipment documents described above.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version here. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about use of the Site.
